Know exactly who came through your gate, and who let them in.

Residents invite guests in seconds and share a pass by WhatsApp. Security scans it at the gate, captures ID, and every decision lands in a searchable log with photos. No clipboard, no paper book, nothing for your guests to download.

  • Permissions enforced on the server
  • Admits visitors even with no signal
  • Passes carry no personal details
  • Nothing for guests to install

Why communities replace the logbook

The logbook tells you nothing

Handwriting nobody can read, no photos, and no way to search six months back when something goes wrong.

Calling every resident slows the line

Guests queue at the barrier while the officer dials. Pre-authorised passes clear in seconds instead.

Nobody knows who is actually inside

Contractors, deliveries and repeat visitors come and go. Without records there is no picture of who has access to your community.

Three steps

How it works

No training required. Most residents send their first pass without being shown how.

  1. 1

    The resident adds a guest

Name, when they are expected, an optional plate and a note for the officer. Vendors register by company.

  2. 2

The guest gets a pass link

Shared straight to WhatsApp. It opens in any browser with no account and no download, then shows a QR code at the gate.

  3. 3

    Security verifies and admits

Scan or search, check the photo and any warnings, capture ID on a first visit, then grant or deny. The resident is notified the moment their guest arrives.

Features

Everything the gate needs

Designed around how a Caribbean gatehouse actually runs: one officer, a phone, and a queue building behind the barrier.

One-tap pass scanning

Open the camera, hold up the code, done. A gate-camera mode reads passes continuously so the officer never taps between visitors.

ID capture and vetting

Photograph the guest or their ID on the first visit. Every entry decision is stored with that photo attached.

Registered guests, vetted once

When a visitor already vetted at another home returns, security is prompted to confirm and link the records, so nobody re-collects details. Residents never see each other's lists.

Arrival notifications

Residents get a push notification and an email the moment their guest is admitted, with the officer's note.

Bans and policy blocks

Property-wide ban list plus per-unit do-not-admit. Construction crews can be blocked automatically until a renovation deposit is on file.

Owners and tenants, separately

A rented unit gets its own tenant account with its own guest list and history. The owner's records stay private, and both are visible at the gate.

Own several homes

One login, every community you belong to. Switch dashboards to manage each home's guests without logging out.

A log you can actually search

Filter admissions and denials by name, unit or officer, with photos, timestamps and who made the call. Management sees traffic, busiest days and top units.

Installs like an app, survives outages

Add it to the home screen on any phone or tablet. When the booth's connection drops, the officer keeps admitting and refusing — decisions queue on the device and sync themselves the moment signal returns.

One product, three jobs

Made for three sets of hands

Residents

  • Add guests and vendors in seconds
  • Share the pass by WhatsApp
  • See arrivals at their unit, live
  • Ban a person from their own home

Security

  • Expected-today list at a glance
  • Search by name, unit, plate or code
  • Photo capture and officer notes
  • Warnings before the barrier lifts

Management

  • Entry log with photos and reasons
  • Units, owners, tenants and invites
  • Deposits, bans and gate policy
  • Notices broadcast to every resident

Security and privacy

Your residents’ data stays your residents’

A visitor log is sensitive: it shows who visits whom, and when. We designed the product around that from the first line of code, not as a later add-on.

Ask us anything about the architecture
  • Separated by design

Owner and tenant accounts on the same unit never see each other's guests, and each community is fully isolated from the next.

  • Access rules enforced on the server

Every record is checked against who is asking, never hidden in the interface and trusted to stay hidden.

  • Passes carry no personal information

A QR code is a token, not a name. Losing a pass link exposes nothing about the resident.

  • You keep the records

Your community's data lives in your own database with published retention rules, never pooled with anyone else's.

Straight answers

What boards ask us first

What happens when the gate loses internet?

The gate keeps working. The app installs to the home screen, the expected list and unit details stay readable through a drop, and the officer can still admit or refuse people — each decision is saved on the tablet, stamped with the time it happened, and sent to the log the moment the connection returns. The console shows exactly how many are still waiting to sync.

Do our guests have to download anything?

No. The pass is a link that opens in any browser, on any phone, with no account to create. At the gate the guest holds up the QR code on screen, or the officer searches their name.

Can one resident see another resident's visitors?

No. Each unit's records are its own, and an owner and a tenant sharing one unit each keep a separate list. Those checks run on the server for every request, so they hold even if someone goes looking outside the interface.

A guard's phone was lost. What now?

Signing out ends that session immediately, on that device, and it cannot be revived by restoring the browser. Changing the account's password ends every session it has open anywhere, at once.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many units your community has and whether you want the on-site hardware bridge. Tell us your size and we will give you a straight number.

See it running on your own gate

We’ll walk your board or management company through a live gate, load a few of your units, and show you the entry log the same day. Standalone, or connected to your existing Atriva property management.
